Must Have
High school diploma or G. E. D., Valid Driver's License, Complete Fresenius training within 24 months
Nice to Have
Associate Degree in electronics / biomedical technology, Prior experience in mechanical, automotive, or construction industry, Prior experience in dialysis or medical technical setting
What You'll Do.
Maintain dialysis equipment
Repair dialysis equipment
Maintain ancillary equipment
Repair ancillary equipment
Maintain water treatment systems
Repair water treatment systems
Maintain physical plant
Ensure outside vendor services are completed
Purchase service parts
Retain inventory of service parts
Perform water/dialysate sample collection
Evaluate water/dialysate sample collection
Report water/dialysate sample collection
Conduct trend analysis on water system
Document all maintenance activity
Assist in planning biomedical equipment installation
Assist in installing biomedical equipment
Participate in technical meetings
Participate in regulatory meetings
Collaborate with facility staff
Ensure regulatory requirements are met
Ensure OSHA requirements are met
Perform inventory counts
Transport goods between clinics
Assist clinical management with inventory costs
Perform initial verification of patient care staff technique
Perform annual verification of patient care staff technique
Monitor patient care staff technique for testing water
Assure tests comply with manufacturer’s specifications
Assure documentation comply with manufacturer’s specifications
Complete all technical training programs
Provide after hour technical on-call coverage
