What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or G. E. D., Valid Driver's License, Complete Fresenius training within 24 months
Nice to Have
Associate Degree in electronics / biomedical technology, Prior experience in mechanical, automotive, or construction industry, Prior experience in dialysis or medical technical setting
What You'll Do.
Maintain and repair medical equipment
Repair water treatment equipment
Train colleagues on maintenance
Manage medical supplies
Maintain physical plant
Ensure outside vendor services are completed
Purchase and retain service parts
Perform and report water/dialysate sample collection
Conduct trend analysis on water system
Document all repairs and maintenance activity
Assist in planning and installing biomedical equipment
Transport equipment as needed
Participate in technical and regulatory meetings
Collaborate with facility staff
Perform verification of patient care staff technique
Complete technical training programs
Provide after hour technical on-call coverage
