What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience, TRIMEDX Trained Certification or completed an equivalent biomedical related certification program, Complex computer skills required, Ability to administrate a system, Interpret error codes, Defragment hard drives, Replace power supplies, Interpret computer codes, Apply networking concepts, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Networking applications, Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering technology, Technical Certification
What You'll Do.
verify performance of equipment
Carry out performance verification inspections
Perform scheduled maintenance
Perform electrical safety inspections
Perform operation verification procedures
Inform supervisors of repair status
document subcontractors
Maintain Clinical Engineering expertise
Lead/Assist with Service Operations Special Projects
Act as primary responder to service calls
Triage service repair needs
Ensure accuracy and integrity of equipment database
Adhere to Medical Equipment Management Plan
Ensure service and documentation is complete
Work with Medical Physicist
Build and maintain customer relationships
Discuss equipment status and functionality
Serve as Ambassador for TriMedx
Perform periodic inspections of current inventory
Maintain common failure parts inventory
Verify completion of security analysis
Perform Incoming Inspections
Maintain accuracy and integrity of equipment database
Make recommendations regarding inventory
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating and supporting each other; Work with, direct, and document the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians; Work with Medical Physicist; Discuss equipment status and functionality with clinicians
