We are looking for a Biology Teacher for an International School based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026. Job responsibilities * Teach biology to secondary school students * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Qualified Teacher status with 3-5 years of teaching experience * Ability to teach one or two science subjects * Knowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methods * Proficiency in addressing individual needs through differentiated instruction and diverse learning strategies **Benefits** * Monthly salary of 29,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Monthly accommodation allowance of 8,000 RMB * Paid summer and winter holidays * National holidays * Flight allowance * Medical health insurance * Gratuity
