The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Automation Technician to join our growing R&D team. In this role, you will support and operate automated liquid handling systems and high-throughput screening workflows that are central to our discovery and development pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the intersection of biology and automation. ## Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid handling robots (e.g., Opentrons) for routine and custom assay workflows Execute high-throughput screening experiments include compound plating, reagent preparation, and plate-based assay readouts Perform basic preventive maintenance and calibration on automated instrumentation and coordinate with vendors for more complex service needs Follow and contribute to the development of SOPs, protocols, and logs to ensure reproducibility and complianceAssist in data collection, entry, and basic analysis using spreadsheets ## Qualifications Bachelors in biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field. 1-2 years of hands-on
