What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) degree, minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, Active and transferable secret U. S. government issued security clearance
Nice to Have
degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field, Bioinformatics software development and analysis experience, knowledge of common bioinformatics tools and workflows, genomics additional ‘omics modalities desirable, Experience working with common bioinformatics databases, data science: data analysis, automation, visualization techniques, programming skills (Python and/or R preferred), Basic familiarity with development infrastructure, Biostatistics experience, experience applying biostatistics tools in R, Experience writing proposals and scientific publications, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to generate data analysis reports and presentations, Experience working outside of academia
