What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, Experience in project management, especially planning, implementation, and coordination of training or qualification projects, Completed vocational training in a technical, scientific, or pharmaceutical field, Proficient in training conception, qualification matrix, training documentation, and audit preparation, Experience in conducting performance reviews and defining/tracking training KPIs, Proficient in digital tools for training planning and documentation (e.g., LMS systems, Excel, SharePoint, DMS), Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working, Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Preferably in production or quality assurance, Ideally with additional qualification in adult education, training, or personnel development
