What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience in applied biocatalysis for small molecule synthesis (APIs, fine chemicals), proven expertise in enzyme screening, biocatalytic process development, microbial fermentation, PHD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related pharmaceutical field or Master's Degree with minimum 5 year of proven experience, command of the English language, both spoken and written
Nice to Have
Knowledge of digital enablers and laboratory automation tools (robotics programming, kinetic modeling, DoE methodologies), Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural environments with cross-functional collaboration skills, Leadership, autonomy and decision-making skills with rigorous organization and proactive initiative, Analytical thinking and strategic capabilities in reaction engineering, process optimization, and scale-up technology transfer

Define enzyme screening strategies and biocatalytic process development for projects
Perform reaction engineering
