Must Have
BS, MS, or PhD in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline, 7-10 years relevant industry experience (BS), 5-7 years relevant industry experience (MS), 2-4 years post-degree industry experience (PhD), Technical expertise and independent contributions to study design, execution, and data interpretation, Extensive hands-on experience in developing and executing immunoassays, Extensive hands-on experience analyzing serum/plasma and tissue samples
Nice to Have
Experience in ADA assay development a plus, Experience in ocular tissue matrix preparation a plus

Troubleshoot assay issues
Optimize assay methods
Prepare study samples
