3 years industry experience in bioanalytical project management., Effective communication skills at all levels with Labcorp employees, external clients, suppliers, etc., Proven ability to prioritize and manage time.
What You'll Do.
Working as part of the Global Project Management Office (PMO)
routinely conducts full management of Client projects
assessing when input from the others is required to support their projects
provide internal and external Clients with a central point of contact for projects
leading the Project teams to ensure that Client requirements and deliverables are met
end to end management of a project
effective management of Client communication
use of the appropriate tools to ensure the successful initiation
monitoring and completion of projects
assist with study costing and contract requests
financial tracking and reconciliation of projects
collaborates with Lead Scientist(s) to ensure projects are conducted in compliance with appropriate protocol
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency guidelines
liaise with internal and external project teams
departmental management and the Client to ensure effective progress throughout the life cycle of a project
identify and following approval
initiate the introduction of new processes
contribute to development and delivery of internal projects within the PMO
support the day-to-day running of the PMO
ensure adherence to the SOPs
responsible for completion of all relevant documentation

**Bioanalytical Project Manager** Labcorp is seeking a **Bioanalytical****Project Manager** to join our team in **Shanghai, China**. **Job Responsibilities:** * Working as part of the Global Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager (PM) routinely conducts full management of Client projects, assessing when input from the others is required to support their projects. * In this role, the PM will provide internal and external Clients with a central point of contact for projects. * The individual is accountable for leading the Project teams to ensure that Client requirements and deliverables are met. This involves end to end management of a project, encompassing effective management of Client communication and use of the appropriate tools to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion of projects. * In support of a project, a PM will assist with study costing and contract requests and is accountable for financial tracking and reconciliation of projects. * The PM collaborates with Lead Scientist(s) to ensure projects are conducted in compliance with appropriate protocol, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory agency guidelines, in a timely, efficient, and quality manner. * The PM will be required to utilize good communication skills to liaise with internal and external project teams, departmental management and the Client to ensure effective progress throughout the life cycle of a project. * Strong interpersonal skills are required as is the ability to negotiate with both internal and external Clients. * The individual will identify and following approval, initiate the introduction of new processes and contribute to development and delivery of internal projects within the PMO.
