exceed internal and external customer expectations in safety, quality, productivity, schedules, housekeeping and employee relations; ensure that all production requirements, schedules, quality, and final deliveries of our products are satisfactory; support of department objectives and timely and effective schedules to ensure production goals; effectively meet all quality and production requirements

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in applicable field is preferred, 10 or more years of experience in a bindery department
What You'll Do.
Work to eliminate all unsafe behaviors and conditions
Assure the maintenance of excellent housekeeping practices
Maintain positive communication within the Bindery
Communicate effectively with all internal external customers
Create appropriate training material
May make recommendations regarding hires
Motivate staff in support of department objectives
Determine appropriate manning for each shift
Coordinate manning efforts to effectively meet all quality
Maintain and monitor the completion of all necessary records
Foster the continual use and implementation of the philosophies
Promote the concept of working together as a team
Perform other related duties as required
