## Job Description Bindery Operator 2nd & 3rd Shift | Monday–FridayFull-Time | Competitive Pay + Overtime Opportunities Position Summary A leading commercial printing manufacturer is seeking motivated individuals to join its bindery department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have experience operating machinery, and want to build a long-term career in print manufacturing. Training is available for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders. Make machine adjustments and monitor product quality throughout production runs. Work with the production team to meet daily output goals. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain efficient production. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trade environments preferred. Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools. Ability to read basic instructions and measurements. Strong attention to quality and detail. Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Print, bindery, or finishing experience is a plus. Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment is beneficial. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
