Processing product through a tracking system and preparing packages for shipment. Key Duties/Responsibilities * Operates bindery equipment as necessary including the stitcher, drill, padder, strapper and shrink wrap machine. * Pulls and processes all necessary paperwork. * Ensures quality and accuracy of printed products. Fans first and last cells of run. Compares run of printed products to run header sheet (proofread). Checks names, numbers, statements, wording etc. on printed products. * Build boxes as necessary. Places order in box, inserts any necessary flyers and places correct mailing label on box and seals the box. * Scans boxed order into system, either FedEx, UPS or
