What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Construction, or a related discipline, 1–3 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional or academic setting, understanding of BIM workflows, documentation standards, and model coordination principles, Working knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC), Ability to produce accurate documentation and translate markups into deliverables with minimal supervision, High attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and accuracy, Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project scopes and deadlines, Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, improve, and take ownership of outputs
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience working within an architectural practice or architecture-led project environment is highly preferred, Experience supporting BIM standards, libraries, or internal systems is desirable, Exposure to tools such as Navisworks, ACC, or other coordination platforms highly advantageous
What You'll Do.

The BIM Modeller supports the development, coordination, and maintenance of high-quality 3D architectural BIM models and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
