What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–10 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling within MEP projects, proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) with hands-on modeling experience, Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD for coordination and drafting, Solid understanding of BIM standards such as LOD and COBie, Educational background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree), attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality models, Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, Ability to manage timelines and deliver outputs in a fast-paced project environment
Nice to Have
Experience working on large-scale or international projects is an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Develop and manage detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP
Create coordinated 3D models and generate accurate shop drawings for construction
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve design conflicts
Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards
Maintain model integrity
and version control throughout the project lifecycle
