They work on major, high-profile projects across Commercial, Multilevel Residential and Data Centers. **Role Overview:** You will play a key role in developing high-quality electrical BIM models for projects reporting to our Construction Manager across medium-to-large-scale projects in Victoria Australia **Key Responsibilities: ** * Develop accurate Electrical BIM models (Lighting, Power, Cable Tray, ELV, Data, Comms, Lightning Protection, Earthing, and fabrication/installation drawings) as per LOD and BEP requirements. * Produce coordinated 2D/3D drawings, schematics, and schedules with consistent naming and parameters. * Update models and drawings based on engineer markups, RFIs, and client feedback. * Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and Architectural teams to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, or Revizto. * Create, modify, and maintain Electrical Revit families with correct parameters and classification. * Follow BEP and QA/QC standards for modeling, documentation, and file structure. * Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, an
