Must Have
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Structural or MEP Engineering, or Construction Management, Five years related experience, Proficiency in model review, Proficiency in clash detection process, Proficiency in clash report production, Proficiency in 3D coordination software, Proficiency in BIM, Proficiency in CAD software, BIM-relate coursework
Nice to Have
Autodesk Navisworks or similar, Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, or similar
What You'll Do.
Provide support to project teams
Revise models as needed
Facilitate Navisworks model for coordination
Ensure completeness of project BIM model
Review for compliance with project specifications
Review for compliance with contract requirements
Provide support for site utilization planning
Provide support for project specific BIM implementation plans
Pursue ongoing online training for BIM tools
Assist in general BIM education
Maintain BIM related hardware
Maintain BIM related software
Remain current with BIM technologies
