Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Minimum 6-8 years of experience, 4-5 years Revit experience, Proficient in CAD design 2D/3D (AutoCAD and Revit), Able to demonstrate ability to set up new Revit project files, Able to maintain standards and library of Revit families/objects, Able to run clash detection in Revit, Experience of producing working drawings in Revit, Expert knowledge of Revit, Advanced Revit skills, Proficient in a range of BIM Authoring, Scripting, Design Review, Coordination, Simulations and Collaboration Platforms, Revit Structure, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, AutoCAD
Nice to Have
ProjectWise, Synchro, Bluebeam Studio, Autodesk Inventor professional, Sketchup, 3D Max

Support BIM Coordinator
Ensure coordination of model interfaces
Ensure models comply with standards
Prepare engineering drawings
Ensure PIMs delivered
Prepare BIM package submissions
Conduct clash detection
Prepare models for analysis
Coordinate work with engineer
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support the BIM Coordinator; Ensure coordination of all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines; Coordinate work with the lead technical engineer
Process & Methodology
Project Delivery Team(s), Project LOD requirements, Project and company quality standards, Project standards and requirements, Project Information Models (PIM’s), TIDP, MIDP, CDE protocol
