What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate Engineers (Bachelor’s degree) with up to 3 years or Diploma in Engineering with up to 7 years of relevant experience in the BIM domain or duly qualified having exceptional work experience track record, Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Microstation (add on), BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), understanding of: Civil engineering drawings and construction methods, Ability to work with Survey data, point clouds, Good communication and coordination skills, Attention to detail and quality-focused approach, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Canada infrastructure or consultancy project experience, Experience working within ISO 19650 BIM environment, Awareness of Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
What You'll Do.
3D Modelling of Pipe networks
3D Modelling of Grading
3D Modelling of Corridors
3D Modelling of Cut and Fill
Multidisciplinary 3D model coordination
Check model for Stage Completeness
Check model for Dimensional accuracy
Ensure Level of Quality control
Perform and coordinate on multi-disciplinary projects
Implement BEP and BIM workflows
Determine appropriate record/As-built data
Determine appropriate test pit data
Determine appropriate drawings
Determine appropriate point cloud data
Identify and solve drawing/ modelling problems
Troubleshoot Civil 3D issues
Identify new logical ideas for automation
Work using engineers’ calculations
Produce drawings / 3D modelling
Adapt a detail-conscious
Carefully check details
Ensure timely planning and delivery
Proactively managing assumptions
Proactively managing dependencies
Proactively managing risk
Follow GTC BMS processes
