What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in BIM (Wet Utilities/Drainage) for infrastructure projects, Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit, 3D modelling and visualization skills, In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes, Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, communication and teamwork abilities, Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices, Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region
Nice to Have
BIM certification (e. g. , Autodesk certifications)
What You'll Do.
Create and manage wet utilities design drawing & Civil 3D BIM Models
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models
Perform clash detection
Resolve design conflicts
Generate accurate quantity take-offs
Generate cost estimates
Provide technical support

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; Integrate various design elements into cohesive BIM models; Provide technical support and guidance to team members
