Must Have
Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in BIM (Wet Utilities/Drainage) for infrastructure projects, Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Navisworks and Revit, 3D modelling and visualization skills, In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design principles and construction processes, Familiarity with CAD software and ability to work with 2D drawings, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
BIM certification (e. g. , Autodesk certifications), Demonstrated experience in applying BIM standards and best practices, Familiar with infrastructure projects in Middle East region

Develop 3D BIM models
Maintain 3D BIM models
Perform clash detection
Resolve design conflicts
Generate quantity take-offs
Generate cost estimates
Provide technical support
