What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Architectural or engineering background, A minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale project delivery with Revit knowledge of building design and construction knowledge of the BIM methodology, Mastery of Autodesk Revit and ACC/Forma, A keen interest in digital tools and ability to pick up new ones quickly, Ability to document BIM processes and explain them in simple terms
Nice to Have
Navisworks, Revizto, the IFC format, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros / Grasshopper, Dynamo, the Revit API, programming, Classification standards such as Uniclass or COBie, Project management platforms such as Procore or Aconex
What You'll Do.
Set up project models
Provide technical Revit support to the project team
Develop and maintain BIM execution plans
Ensure project BIM requirements are met
Ensure BIM standards and best practices are followed
Optimise and automate project BIM workflows
Audit and clean-up project models
Create and fix Revit families
Populate asset data to model components
Provide training to individuals and project teams
Identify BIM opportunities and improvements to standards
Develop Revit templates and libraries
Document BIM processes and workflows
