Kemet Corporation is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **BIM Coordinator** to join its Cairo office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration, clash-free designs, and efficient project delivery within a collaborative engineering environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines * Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of conflicts * Monitor and maintain model quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards * Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper model integration and coordination * Support the development and implementation of BIM execution plans * Facilitate coordination meetings and communicate technical issues effectively * Ensure timely updates and alignment of BIM models throughout project phases * Assist in improving BIM workflows and coordination processes **Requirements** * Proven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection * Strong expertise in BIM tools, especially Navisworks * Good understanding of multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) * Ability to work collaboratively within project teams * Strong problem-solving and communication skills * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple coordination tasks ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Social and medical insurance * Opportunity to work on diverse and complex engineering projects * Learning and development opportunities in BIM and advanced engineering tools * Collaborative and professional work environment * Career growth within a well-established engineering company
