Must Have
4+ years industrial or commercial engineering, 4+ years working with Revit & Navisworks, Experience in establishment and management of BIM & VDC models, Excellent organization skills in archival & maintenance operations
Nice to Have
Experience with building codes and regulations, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment or design
What You'll Do.
Oversee Data Center BIM models
Establish and maintain common data environment
Ensure BIM files meet AWS standards
Review consultant BIM documentation
Validate data quality
Collect design documents and files
Work on concurrent projects
Assist with establishing and maintaining BIM standards
Educate and train internal teams
Lead discussions in engineering/construction best practices
Share knowledge with wider team
Review project Revit and Navisworks models
Assess model development
Assess modeling standards and practices
Assess adherence to BIM standards
Compile comments on models
Meet with BIM design or construction project team
Discuss BIM relevant items
Communicate project improvements
Innovate with Design Services BIM team
Discuss process improvement
Discuss document standards
Discuss project challenges
