Minimum 7+ years’ experience working as a BIM CAD Technician within a busy engineering consultancy environment, experience preparing: AutoCAD drawings, Revit BIM models, Reinforced Concrete (RC) drawings and schedules, Excellent understanding of BIM coordination and documentation processes, Experience managing drawings and documents using document management software systems, communication and teamwork skills, Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design teams, Experience attending and contributing to design team meetings

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Residential Apartment, Healthcare, and Hospital projects across Ireland as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary design environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation and coordination of structural drawings and BIM models, supporting project delivery from concept through to construction stages.
