Must Have
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Minimum 5 years of MEA/UAE CAD drafting experience in roads, highways, road signs & marking, traffic study, AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise, BIM360 or ACC, Good knowledge in BIM, understand LOD requirements, BIM processes, Ability to communicate clearly in English
Nice to Have
Autodesk Civil 3D, Openroads, Navisworks
What You'll Do.
Perform various drafting assignments for Highway design packages
Support with Highway design-related activities
Develop engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements
component details from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures
Understand BIM modeling process and able to manage all BIM related activities from project start up to project completion
Review each drawing for readability
presentation and adherence to standards
in accordance to company QA/QC process
Able to produce scheduling and quantity extraction from the model
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Roads Digital Design & Delivery Lead, Engineering Leads and Senior Drafter to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion; Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines on coordination issues and model development tasks
Communication Scope
Ability to communicate clearly in English
