What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience working with Comarch BSS (Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation), 2+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, Experience in enterprise system integrations, Knowledge of billing processes (invoicing, rating, usage‑based billing), Good knowledge of Linux, Good knowledge of REST API testing, Good knowledge of Apache Kafka, Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle / PostgreSQL / Elasticsearch, Active use of AI tools (e. g. ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for log analysis, SQL optimization, documentation, and initial problem diagnosis, English at B2 level or higher
Nice to Have
Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, data warehouses, or event streaming platforms, Knowledge of Apache Cassandra, Knowledge of Kubernetes, Experience with prompt engineering and automating operational tasks using AI tools

Maintain and develop Comarch BSS (Product Catalog
Billing Mediation): configuration
performance monitoring
and incident resolution
Monitor system processes
identify and resolve data and runtime issues
Ensure stability and continuity of system integrations and interfaces across the billing ecosystem
data recovery processes
and system availability and resilience
Take technical ownership of the billing system after deployments and during ongoing operations
Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with audit and security requirements
Track the BSS roadmap
run Proofs of Concept
and maintain high‑quality technical documentation
