Ensure achievement of monthly DSO Budget
Manage Accounts Receivable balance

Monitor customer credit limits
Acquire information to assess credit worthiness
Monitor Field Collectors performance
Preparation of Reminder Letters
Ensure Customer complaints & inquiries are acted
Maintain good business relationship
Preparation of billings
Monitor and oversee billing portfolio
Respond to customers concerns
Prepares necessary billing reconciliation
