What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Minimum 5 years related work experience OR commensurate Billing experience, financial analytical skills, customer service skills, keen attention to detail, Expert level PC skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups), working knowledge of SQL
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, in Accounting or Finance preferred
What You'll Do.
Analyze daily and monthly billing data
Manage and process vendor invoices
Maintain vendor relations
Perform account reconciliation
Manage special billing reports
Manage 3rd Party Payment Services
Resolve client invoicing inquiries
Understand current billing processes
Develop knowledge of invoice formats
Identify billing process gaps
Prepare and audit databases
Prepare supporting documentation
Review and analyze vendor invoices
Prepare and scan vendor invoices
Reconcile vendor statements
Identify root cause of inquiries
Enlist efforts of Account Managers
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable
Monitor improvement actions
Create ad hoc reporting
Assist in client invoice audits
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with EDI team; Work with internal and external customers; Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team; Enlist the efforts of Account Managers; Collaborate with Sales; Collaborate with Marketing; Collaborate with Executive Management Team
Communication Scope
Communicate with internal and external customers; Resolve client invoicing inquiries; Detailed explanation of database tables
