Associate degree and 3 year’s experience in medical and/or insurance field, 5 years experience if no degree

Nice to Have

3 years or more of Knowledge of LCBS, LCLS, Labcorp LINK, and other Labcorp software, 2 years or more of experience in teaching, support, and training in customer interaction situations, 3 years or more experience with medical and insurance billing requirements and regulations

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Corporate Billing and IT; Serve as liaison between billing, sales, operations, and client services; Foster alignment and accountability across departments
