Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science, 1–3 years of relevant professional work experience, Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a SaaS environment, Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce, Working knowledge of SQL, Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Metabase

Provide support and insights into billing practices
Help customers understand invoices
Resolve customer billing discrepancies
Manage and triage incoming requests
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
