Manage, coach, and develop a team of associates and supervisors, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Monitor workflow performance and identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes of billing issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements. Provide support for complex billing inquiries and resolve escalated issues related to billing processes and best practices. Conduct regular team huddles and training sessions to reinforce procedures, updates, and performance expectations. Track, analyze, and report departmental performance metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with client and organizational standards. Review, update, and implement billing policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to improve consistency and efficiency. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, operational improvements, and revenue cycle optimization initiatives. Ensure quality assurance across billing activities through regular audits and performance monitoring.
