Position Overview As a Billing Coordinator with Rectangle Health, you will support the Billing Manager in managing high-volume billing operations across a large customer base. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for handling billing case queues, processing customer invoices, identifying discrepancies in billing data, and delivering timely and accurate resolutions. This role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and customers to ensure accurate and efficient billing outcomes. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of Rectangle Health’s billing processes and systems, perform detailed data analysis, and reconcile customer information across Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and NetSuite. Primary Job Duties: Manage billing case queues, reconciling billing changes to the general ledger and creating cases as necessary. Ensure customers are billed accurately for services offered. Issue invoices and distribute them electronically and on time. Communicate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve billing issues, serving as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
