## Accountabilities Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and guide them through available payment options and resolution strategies. Investigate account information, locate responsible parties, and gather relevant details to facilitate successful debt resolution. Negotiate payment arrangements that balance customer needs with business objectives while maintaining professionalism and compliance. Deliver high-quality customer service during challenging conversations, demonstrating empathy, conflict resolution skills, and effective communication. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment agreements, and account activities within company systems. Meet individual and team performance objectives related to collections, account resolution, and customer engagement. Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations governing collections activities and customer communications. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development initiatives to continuously improve performance and industry knowledge. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and professionalism when managing challenging situations and difficult conversations. Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards. Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps for remote work.
