THE ROLE We're looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Colombia. You'll own the end-to-end billing cycle for an assigned client portfolio across North and South America - ensuring invoices go out correctly, payments come in on time, and clients always have a reliable point of contact. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Create invoices following established procedures - Review automatically generated invoices for accuracy and completeness - Perform monthly billing reconciliation between the ERP system and local Notas Fiscais - Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on contract terms, payment status, and client requests - Manage inbound client communication - calls, emails, and support requests - responding promptly and professionally - Monitor and follow up with overdue accounts/debtors across the South American portfolio WHAT YOU BRING - 2+ years of experience in billing or other accounting process handling is preferable - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 1+ year experience in a leading customer-facing organization (B2B SaaS is an advantage) - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) - Experience with Brazilian local
