Process and issue accurate customer invoices
Validate pricing and taxes
Monitor sales orders and service receipts
Issue credit notes for returns
Issue debit notes for manual adjustments
Analyze and resolve customer discrepancies
Process outstanding orders
Follow up with credit and collection teams
Perform month end close duties
Own the billing process
Participate in process improvement
Document billing process
