What You'll Achieve.
Drive tickets to completion; Ensure accuracy across multi-currency and regional formatting; Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner; Ensure client configurations are accurate; Resolve invoice disputes that are delaying payment; Ensure all billing activities and record-keeping adhere to internal audit controls; Ensure tax accuracy; Ensure all billing records and account data are kept accurate and up to date; Identify irregularities for review

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of work experience in Billings and Collections or other accounting-related fields, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume transactional tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy, Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven, with focus on efficiency and problem solving, Flexibility to overlap with U. S. time zones (primarily EST) during critical close periods and for cross-regional collaboration, Excel proficiency with MS Office Suite, Effective written and verbal communication skills, Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to think quickly and take initiative on daily tasks, Prior experience working in an international business environment
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with a SaaS company, Proficiency with Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite
What You'll Do.
Manage high-volume Billing Operations requests
Execute daily invoicing for standard contracts
Maintain operational knowledge of billing systems
Partner with Collections team to resolve disputes
Ensure billing activities adhere to audit controls
Oversee sales tax and VAT compliance
Participate in data clean-up projects
Assist with monthly reconciliation efforts
Resolve billing errors with cross-functional teams
