Biller

Freese and Nichols is seeking a **Biller** to join our team in **Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas.** As Biller, you will support project-related billings by preparing and processing accurate client invoices, reviewing financial documentation for accuracy and compliance, and partnering with the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers to resolve issues and keep work moving. Responsibilities: * Process client invoices in alignment with contract terms and billing requirements * Review subconsultant agreements for financial accuracy * Review employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and procedures * Assist with compliance audit reporting in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards * Identify billing, contract, and expense discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner * Support the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers with project-related billing activities * Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail * Maintain professional, consistent interactions with internal and external clients # **Qualifications** * High School diploma or GED * 2+ years of billing or accounting experience at a professional services firm * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat Preferred * Accounting experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry * Associates degree in Accounting or related field # **About Freese and Nichols** At the heart of our culture is our LEADS values (**L** earn continuously, **E** ngage as family, **A** ct with integrity, **D** eliver quality, and **S** erve always).
