The incumbent  will  meet the needs of our agents and customers in all aspects related to bill payment and phone top-up products in order to boost their growth of our core product and money transfers. ## Duties and responsibilities Service and support to our agents and customers on any issue involving bill payment and phone top-up products, including assistance, clarifications, and complaints. Provide training to newly installed agents and training to those who request it. Follow-up on complaints filed with our suppliers through the appropriate channels. Analysis, preparation, and approval of commercial agreements presented by our sales representatives. Follow up on various types of reports that support the work performed and measure progress toward the unit's pre-established goals, as well as their proper analysis. Information Security Responsibilities Read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas Staff Information Security Policy via the Information Security training portal. This should be done within 30 days of hire and repeated annually. Attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas’. Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc. ## Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient mathematical skills.
