The AMCS Disability Operations team is looking for an individual with a high focus on customer service to join their team as a **Bilingual Work Facilitation Specialist (WFS)**. They will support Group Disability operations by coordinating ergonomic assessments and return-to-work initiatives, helping claimants’ transition back to work more efficiently. You will collaborate closely with Case Managers to manage a range of cases and deliver Absence Management Consultation Services (AMCS), while maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders both virtually and in person. ****This is a work-from-home opportunity in Québec.
