Must Have
Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, Valid CA Driver’s License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & general computer skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Willing to operate out of assigned medical facilities for primary location, Experience working in the healthcare industry, Warm and friendly personality, Persistent and persuasive, Adaptable and can think on your feet

1 year experience working in a license medical field role
What You'll Do.
Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities
Maintain professional demeanor while communicating with customers and family members
Work closely with medical facilities to serve as an information hub for DocGo
Display knowledge of appropriate medical terminology and conditions
Develop solutions for existing clients
including processing calls for service
interacting with supervisors and dispatch
calling requestors and mobile health visits scheduled for customers
Formulate new strategies to reach out to new potential customers
Own and manage a pipeline of patient referrals and patient information
