What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluency in both French and English, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Nice to Have
1+ years of sales experience in outbound B2B sales, Experience or desire to be working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in 0-1 mode (e. g. , helped to launch and grow a new product or region), Strategic thinker and able to drive 'partnership' conversations vs. 'sales' conversations, Solution Oriented, A FIO (Figure It Out) attitude and are willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve results, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, You have analytical skills and an organized way of thinking/working
What You'll Do.
Identify and qualify leads through various channels
and social media across English- and French-speaking markets
Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs and pain points
Present our innovative solutions and craft compelling value propositions in both English and French
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for our Account Executives
Help grow pipeline in bilingual customer segments
particularly in Quebec and across Canada
