What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 to 3 years of Recruitment experience, Proficiency in English, High school diploma required, Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting, Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools, Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing, Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred, ideally in pharma industry

Lead job scope meetings with hiring leader
Review candidates via ATS
Evaluate candidate qualifications
Develop recruitment marketing plans
Source candidates via databases
Utilize Cielo’s software for campaigns
Connect with talent communities
Articulate value proposition to candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews
Provide timely updates to candidates
Draft phone interview templates
Compare interview notes with requirements
Review background and reference information
Keep candidates engaged
Partner with hiring leader on offer details
Articulate job offer to candidate
Negotiate counter-offers
Adhere to regulations
Build talent pipelines
Provide reporting of recruiting activities
Identify search difficulties
Communicate search status to hiring leader
