What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 to 3 years or Recruitment experience, Proficiency in English, High school diploma required, Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting, Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred

Connect with talent communities

Articulate value proposition

Prepare candidates for interviews

Provide timely updates to candidates

Draft phone interview templates

Compare interview notes with requirements

Review background and reference information

Keep candidates engaged

Partner with hiring leader on offer details

Articulate job offer to candidate

Adhere to regulations

Deliver candidate slate

Build talent pipelines

Provide reporting of recruiting activities

Identify search difficulties

Communicate search status to hiring leader
