Investment Knowledge, Bilingualism (English and French), Completion of Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma program, background with the use of window based computer applications such as Word and Excel combined with accurate keyboarding skills, Proven analytical mindset and problem solving skills, Demonstrate ability to adapt to an ever changing environment, Maintaining a detail oriented approach while working in a high volume environment, Adaptability
Nice to Have
Estate Knowledge, Experience working with Sales Platform, RBIS, EMS, RBC Express, etc.
What You'll Do.
Fulfillment of transactions within Team NAV (net asset value)
Transfers Out to OFI and Estate Payouts
Complete same day transactions
Servicing of complex transactions and/or investigations
Analyzes non-standard and/or specialized transactions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a referral point for other team members for the applicable policy, process and procedure; Provides professional, attentive and accurate service when dealing with both clients and staff; Demonstrates commitment to taking ownership & accountability at first point of contact and ensuring appropriate escalation as required
