Serve as primary recruiter for account

Oversee employee hiring process
Obtain referrals from talent
Attend branch huddles
Build multi-level relationship with client contacts
Provide account management
Conduct quarterly business reviews
Ensure client expectations are met
Identify opportunities for client expansion
Spearhead expansion within account
Conduct weekly checks for compliance
Measure performance to ensure KPIs are met
Assist with hiring internal team members
Assist with setting financial goals
