What You'll Achieve.
High call answer rate with minimal missed calls, fast response time to appointment requests, high schedule utilization (well-filled provider calendars), timely completion of callbacks and follow-ups, and accuracy in patient data entry and insurance verification.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency in speaking and writing English clearly, relevant work experience, ability to submit NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check, and availability for video meetings with camera on are required.
Nice to Have
Medical Assistant or equivalent healthcare support experience, clinical knowledge with proficiency in medical terminologies and understanding of patient care workflows, experience in outpatient clinics or physician offices, and background in Nursing (RN, LPN) or other clinical roles are preferred.
