What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Demonstrated historical career stability, BAS degree or equivalent work experience, 1 year of previous sales or banking experience, Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese), Excellent communication skills, Ability to multitask, Self-reliant, Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
What You'll Do.
Follow-up with dealers on applications
Negotiate with dealerships for best terms
Assist dealer as single point of contact
Monitor dealer behavior for risk
Travel to dealerships
Support Outside Sales team initiatives
Support Servicing and Collections team
Manage open applications list
Manage dealer communication
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Assist the dealer as single point of contact for all communication with internal FHF teams; Support Outside Sales team with specific dealer-related initiatives; Support Servicing and Collections team to handle dealer complaints or other conflicts; Manage all aspects of dealer communication across various internal FHF stakeholders
