What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a site-based or field HR role, Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required, Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, employee relations and issue-resolution skills, Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Analytical and detail-oriented with follow-through, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a matrixed HR team, Proficiency in Microsoft HRIS experience required (Workday preferred)

What You'll Do.
Delivering consistent
high-quality HR support to employees and managers
Executing day-to-day HR operations
Managing employee relations
Handling onboarding and offboarding
Overseeing compliance
Leading site culture initiatives
Serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies
and employment-related questions
Owning day-to-day employee relations activities
including issue intake
Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding
and employment status updates
timely maintenance of employee records and documentation within the HRIS
Supporting time and attendance issues
and coordination with benefits or disability vendors
Ensuring site-level compliance with federal
and local employment laws
and training obligations
Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR Managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and consistently
Supporting hourly and non-exempt recruiting execution
Partnering with hiring managers to support a positive and compliant hiring and onboarding experience
Championing site engagement and culture initiatives
Supporting local delivery of HR programs and initiatives led by HRBPs
Serving as a visible HR presence at the site
building trust and working relationships with employees at all levels
Partnering closely with HR Managers and HRBPs to ensure “one HR voice
and emerging risks from the site
and on-the-ground feedback to HRBPs to inform talent reviews
and business-unit initiatives
Running and analyzing standard and ad hoc HRIS reports to support HR leadership and decision-making

Working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs); Operating within a matrixed HR model; Partnering closely with HRBPs—who own business unit strategy; Partnering closely with HR Managers and HRBPs to ensure “one HR voice, ” sharing insights, trends, and emerging risks from the site; Providing data, insights, and on-the-ground feedback to HRBPs to inform talent reviews, workforce planning, and business-unit initiatives; Collaborating effectively within a matrixed HR team
