The HR Manager supports the Human Resources function supporting the local business needs and leadership while managing day-to-day Human Resource services. Coordinates best practices in employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits, succession planning, and leadership development, along with building other effective tools needed by management. Responsible for executing enterprise initiatives and acts as liaison from the business to the HR Shared Services team. **Position:** Full-Time, Permanent. **Salary:** Depending on experience, between $100,000-110,000 per year, plus performance bonus. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours. **Travel:** Will be required to travel to London and Ottawa facilities approximately once a month. **Essential Functions:** * Knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources. * Stays up to date on applicable employment laws and government regulations. * Cross Functional collaboration with other departments. * Supports plant Senior Leadership (SLT) and
